When are the submissions made public?

I'm thinking of submitting a paper to the research competition. Are the papers made public immediately, or on June 15, when the public voting begins?

    Public voting is only for the apps part of the contest. However, we hope to also make the research papers submitted available to the public in June.

    We hope to make the research papers submitted available to the public in June.  No exact date is set.
